To register your child at South Hills Catholic Academy you will be asked to provide:
- Registration Form for Each Student*
- Non-Refundable Registration Fee of $100 per Family
- Tuition and Family Share Agreement
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate
- Records Release Form (if Applicable)*
- Immunization Records
- Health Forms*
